How to use Body Glove
Step 1: Soak your Skin
Take a shower or bath for a minimum of 5 minutes without using any soaps of shower gels. Be sure to soak your skin well, we find that a shower of 10 minutes performs best. The glove relies on friction to effectively eliminate dead skin cellsStep 2: Prepare the Glove
