Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do.
We offer FREE shipping for customers with a shipping address located in Australia once your order is over A$50.
We offer customers with international shipping address FREE Shipping for order over A$200. Otherwise we charge a very competitive flat shipping rate of AUD25.
How do I get a refund or exchange?
A. 7-Day Non Satisfaction Refund policy
1. Legend Age's products are the most UNIQUE and AMAZING Skin care products on the market, in our opinion. If you are not ABSOLUTELY amazed, simply post back your product within 7 days of your receipt of product and receive a full refund from Legend Age, with no questions asked!
2. SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE: If you are just trying our range for the first time and you do not switch to it permanently as your new favorite skin care range, simply post back your product within 7 days of your receipt and we will refund your money, guaranteed.
3. PURE + RIGOROUS QUALITY TESTING & CONTROLS: Production facility is GMP, ISO certified and compliant.
B. We also have a 30-day change of mind return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a 30-day return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
C. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order if the delivery is less than 3 month old. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to start change or cancel process.
If you already obtain the original product we delivered, please return them back to Legend Age Global, 18 Main Street Eastwood SA 5063 Australia as soon as practical. Once we get the product and make sure they are salable, we will acknowledge your intention to cancel or change.
For delivery that is made for more than 3 months of the date of delivery (when we dispatch), we can not accept change or cancel.
How is my order shipped?
Your order is mostly shipped by courier/delivery service by Australia Post. Occasionally we may use other shipping service at our own discretion.
How do I track my order?
Once we fulfilled the order, we will provide you with a tracking number and shipper name. You will be able to track the order with the information.
