Shipping policy

We offer world-wide shipment.

-For delivery within Australia, we offer free shipping for order above AUD50. We initiate shipment of the purchased product within 48 hours of receiving order.

-If the purchase order is received during weekend or national holidays in Australia, we will endeavour to ship within 72 hours. In normal circumstances, order shipment is dealt with within 24 hours. 

-For delivery to New Zealand, we offer free shipping for orders above AUD100 and for other international destinations, we offer free international shipping for order above AUD200. The shipment will be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of orders (non weekend) and 72 hours on weekend. 

-The arrival time of the product is hard to predict based on various locations internationally, especially during the present time of COVID-19 pandemics when flights are usually interrupted. 

-In some circumstances, we ask your patience as in rare cases, tracking may take time and pinpoint accuracy is hard to come by.
